Pre-qualification for investment - Pra kelayakan untuk pelaburan

Ini adalah panggilan awal untuk muslimin dan muslimat yang berhasrat untuk memiliki hartanah strategik bagi tujuan mengimbangi kadar pemilikan tanah muslim di Malaysia khasnya dan di dunia amnya. Satu plot tanah dikenalpasti berada didalam zon perkembangan pesat pinggiran Lembah Kelang, disekitar KLIA, Cadangan Tapak TUDM baru Labu dan pembangunan pesat Bandar Seremban 2 yang diterajui IJM dan Sime Darby. Tanah berstatus pertanian yang kini sudah dizonkan sebagai zon baru perdagangan oleh Majlis Perbandaran Nilai. Model perniagaan dicadangkan adalah penukaran status pertanian ke perumahan dan perdagangan, akan disiapkan dengan Cadangan Pembangunan perumahan kluster dan unit perdagangan. Berpotensi menjana pulangan berganda didalam masa tiga tahun. Muslimin dan muslimat yang berminat sila hantar profil ringkas bersama had pelaburan maksimum yang mampu dilakukan dalam masa 3 bulan kehadapan. Projek pertama ini hanya terbuka kepada maksimum 40 peserta sahaja. Julat pelaburan yang dicadangkan antara RM 15,000.00 dan keatas. This is an initial invitation for muslim brothers and sisters who is interested to own a property to balance muslim property ownership in Malaysia and globally. A plot of agricultural land has been identified to be strategic due to it currently located within the vicinity of greater Klang Valley. It is located within the vicinity of KLIA, The proposed new TUDM  Labu site's and the fast growing Seremban 2 development that is currently spearheaded by IJM and Sime Darby. The agricultural plot has been reclassified as commercial zone by Majlis Perbandaran Nilai (MPN). The business model propose for this project will be conversion of status from agriculture to residential and commercial complete with development plan. This first project will only be opened to maximum 40 investor. The project is capable to gives compounded margin within 3 years. The investment range will be from RM 15,000.00 onward.
