Dalam 6 siri akan datang kita akan menelusuri enam faedah atau kelebihan utama pelaburan hartanah.

Biasanya kita membeli saham sesuatu syarikat disebabkan kita mengharapka nilai saham itu meningkat atau mendapat pulangan dari dividen. Pembelian bond pula banyak disandarkan kepada pulangan dari faedah atau keuntungan berkala yang dijanjikan. Namun didlam pelaburan hartanah, kita boleh mendapat pulangan dengan pelbagai cara. Kita akan menelusuri bagaimana pelaburan hartanah boleh meningkat dari segi nilai modal dalam masa yang sama memberikan kita aliran tunai yang baik.

Dibawah ini adalah enam kelebihan utama pelaburan hartanah;

1. Aliran tunai dari pendapatan sewa - Pendapatan dari sewaan boleh dikatakan sebagai kelebihan ekslusif kepada pelaburan hartanah berbanding dengan lain lain pelaburan.
